After six successful years helping data centres and the wider tech sector tackle energy, decarbonisation, and sustainability challenges, we felt it was time to take our mission to the next level. In 2025 the Ampersand team joined Baringa to continue this mission. Baringa is the perfect match for the development of Ampersand’s business with their global reach and deep energy capabilities.

We are passionate about market transformation in the CRE sector. As such, we are one of five project partners working with the UK Green Building Council to shape the future of renewable energy procurement for the built environment.
